Pomegranate Seed

Pomegranate juice is very useful for your body and you can make it easily .You need 5 to 6 large pomegranates. First of all, wash pomegranates and dry them. Second you must use a paring knife and remove the part of the pomegranate that looks like a crown .third, mark the pomegranate into sections. I think marking the fruit 4 times is enough for me, but you are free to score it a few more times. Hackle the pomegranate into sections. Then you can fill a large bowl with cold water. Then, Separate apart the pomegranate arils underneath the water. It helps inhibit pomegranate juice from squirting everywhere. (By the way, I recommended that don't wear light colored clothes while you're making pomegranate juice.) Drain the water from the pomegranate arils when you're done separating them from the skin. Pour the seeds into a blender. I used a high speed blender for this job, but a medium-speed blender can do it well, too. Shed the juice through a colander. You'll notice that the juice passes through the strainer pretty slowly because the pulp is pretty thick. To speed up the process, use a rubber spatula to press the pulp again the colander. The juice should drip through faster. Pour juice into a glass to serve. 5 to 6 large pomegranates should yield about 4 cups of juice. Leftover juice can be refrigerated in a jar for 5 to 6 days. Don’t cast off the remains of pomegranate pulp and seeds, they are rich in dietary fibers. Mix some salt and sugar and eat it alone, I promise that you will enjoy it. If you like, you can add a cup of spinach and half apple for variation.
